Isometric art of the Magisterium neighborhood from CITY OF HEROES: GOING ROGUE.

This is the seat of power and government in Praetoria and the heart of Emperor Cole's regime. This is the starting hub where players first arrive at the beginning of the GOING ROGUE content.

A large central plaza is surrounded on all sides by massive signature buildings sheathed in gold, reflective glass.

It's interesting to see how much of this made it into the game. I see the actual designs of your buildings pretty much made it in with almost no changes. But the way they interact with the terrain and the levels involved very much was altered.

Aha! Is that where Bobcat goes feral and uses Cole's new suit as a scratching post, thereby crushing his dreams of looking super awesome as he takes over Primal Earth and making him become Emo Cole, who only writes dark poetry about how rough his life is and how the others ruined it for him?
